Individuals and groups are welcome to volunteer as often or as little as they like.
Most volunteer opportunities do not have age restrictions for volunteers. We ask that there is a guardian for every six children within the volunteer group.

The only opportunity with an age restriction is kitchen volunteering, which requires everyone be 12 or older for safety reasons.
Group size depends on the project.
Kitchen: Up to 5.
Pantries: Up to 12.

Requirements depend on the opportunity. Tasks such as sorting donations, assisting at the food pantry or helping serve food do not require background checks.
Activities that involve directly engaging with guests require background checks.
